Shree Dev Bhoomi Institute of Education, Science & Technology, Dehradun is located on the bank of a stream know as Neemi in a peaceful zonel, in villages-Mazhon,Poundha, Dehradun. Nature has gifted this sport with beautiful hilly terrains and dense forests all around and a running stream throughout the years, which adds to its being an ideal sites for an educational Institute.

The sites, mesmerizing spot on the earth, has the advantage of being connected to Dehraddun-Chakrata National Highway by an all-weather metalled road just 13 km from Clock-tower, Dehradun, the bustling hearts of the capital city. It is 14 km from the Railway station and about 35 km from Jolly-Grant Airport.

The Sprawling campus is spread in 5-25 aces of land with 4 blocks of buildings having class rooms, Computer Lab, Laboratories, Library, Administrative Blocks, Canteen, Medicinal Garden, Workshops and Hostel. The Library boats of a huge collection of nearly 17,000 books and national & international journals and equipped with wi-fi internet facility.

SDBIT has separate laboratories for each subjects in the field of Pharmacy, Education, Diploma Engineering, MBA, Agriculture and Pharmaceutical Chemistry with separate workshop. These are well equipped with adequate facilities and modern equipments & instruments Research facilities are available in various department of the Colleges

Industry orientation to students is provided through practical application of concepts. SDBIT provides modern and sophisticated teaching facilities that are constantly upgraded. Each department at the institute boasts of an array of highly advanced laboratories that are sufficiently equipped with the latest instruments and apparatus. The aim is to provide students a conceptual as well as practical understanding of the subject through hands-on training.

Library is a well-designed rich learned center spread over a floor area of 2,000 sq. ft with different user-friendly sections or text books. It houses about 17,000 volumes of books periodicals, National & International Journals. CDs are also available on relevant subjects.

Separate calm and pleasant reading facility is available with seating of 200 students at a time. It is fully computerized and supported by software package.

Well Furnished rooms with all facilities, is a 'home away from home' of its occupants.

Hygienic food facilities is available to cater according to the requirement of Breakfast Tea, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Cold-Drink etc. for student and staff members.

The colleges provide separately well maintained and well equipped canteen facilities to provide refreshment to the students. Students find it the most suitable place to relax and discuss topics of their interest during the leisure time.

Students relax and chat around in spacious, clean and comfortable canteen. The canteen staff serves with dignity to the staff as well as to the students. There is a provision for fresh and hygienic eatables at reasonable rates. Students enjoy and gossip in their leisure time. It is a relaxing place for tired students and they gather here for a break from their regular studies.

SDBIT has its own fleet of vehicles providing a good Transport System which facilitates easy access to the Institute from the main city of Dehradun to the institute. To enable students to free themselves from the worries of the transportation, we have made arrangements for College buses for students as well as staff.

College buses picks up and drop day-scholars from specified location in Dehradun city and en-route,  The College runs number of  buses for providing transport facility to students from various places in the city. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students. on payment of a nominal fee.

The Institute conduct indoor and outdoor games like- Table Tennis, Badminton, Carom, Cricket and Cultural Program on several occasions and prizes are distributed The sports always attract students and it will lead to a healthier environment. The sports facility in a common area in the college campus will force the students to be more active.

Playing sports build many skills in a student like teamwork, leadership, self- confidence, etc. Other than these qualities, student succeeds in developing the ability of thinking in critical situations..

As in other fields, education is also bound to undergo transformation. The faculty and students both look forward for better infrastructure for disseminating information technique which helps in acquiring wide range of knowledge.

This is done by training students from the first year onwards focusing on motivational skills, communication skills, interpersonal relationships, leadership qualities, group discussions and interview techniques.

The Training & Placement Cell of  SDBIT takes care of students placement by initiating long-term relationships with companies and industries. The placement cell ensures the competitiveness of students by nurturing entrepreneurship skills and practical skills in students to exploit the industry opportunities.

Academic/Industrial tours for the students to prominent Pharmaceutical Firms / Hospital / Research Institute are also arranged by the institute to provide them with a first-hand experience in their respective fields and expand their learning experience.
